The simple message I got was, "hey, this stuff is really easy to use and it saves me a bunch of time". I will send this post to a colleague of mine, who I respect a lot, who recently told me, "I've never read a blog. I just don't have time". If my attempt to convert my "traditionalist" friend is a success, our ability to find new business and stay connected with our customers will move forward a notch. Ron, this is a great story!
