I love basketball.

Unfortunately, basketball doesn’t like my pinky:-)

Here’s my “problem.”

Broken finger

Ow! No wonder it didn’t feel very good. Wow. Hope it heals up quickly.

Lou,

Now there’s a church that knows how to party!

I’m really not complaining about the pain or anything…it’s not too bad. I am disappointed, though. I’ve lost 17 pounds over the past six weeks, exercising every day on the basketball court. Now, it looks like I’m six seeks out. Hopefully I don’t balloon up again!

Hi Ron,

Ouch!

Congrats on your fitness program and results! Being from Portland, I have to ask the following question. How about riding your bike while it heals up? 🙂

Best,
Ken
