You get at the heart of memorability, so much of which is found when you abandon the traditional way things are done. 

What would happen if businesses started their conversation at the &quot;what&#039;s the wackiest, most outlandish, potentially controversial place we could go?&quot;. From there dial back the ideas (or not!) until you get to the right voice, tone, temperament, message for their industry/business. 

This recession will cause more businesses to drown in the sea of sameness. Social media may well keep them afloat.</description>
